Simone Rolph editor (Hope Standard) and her Superior, Andrew Franklin, (Publisher, Hope Standard) have printed materials about me <Click Here> which I believe to be illegal and contrary to the
the Criminal Records Act and The Canadian Charter of Human Rights.
Despite assurances that they would reproduce the entire set of questions and answers on their website, they did not.
At a later point, I was assured by Mr. Franklin that no reference to questions 3 and 4 would be made in the published article.
The article clearly makes reference to my past criminal record; however, it does not report that I am in receipt of a Pardon from the Clemency Division of the National Parole Board under the authority of the Criminal Records Act of Canada and the Federal Minister of Public Safety.
